Members of a science fiction club have helped to raise more than £200 for a youngster who needs an electric wheelchair.

The Norwich and District Star Wars Club, with their Heroes and Villains Costume Group, attended the fundraising event for four-year-old Aiden Forster at the Railway Tavern, in Belton, on Saturday .

The youngster, from Gorleston, has West Syndrome, a rare form of epilepsy which can halt development, and cerebral palsy and he needs an electric wheelchair which will cost in the region of £18,000.

Members of the costume gang dressed up as a range of characters from the Star Wars films, including Chewbacca and Darth Vader, and helped to raise £228.10.
